職缺描述
1.參與產品機構設計，從概念設計至量產導入（NPI）
2.推動產品開發專案，確保品質、時程與成本目標達成
3.與模具團隊及模具廠合作進行 DFM 檢討、開模與試模
4.進行防水設計、機構堆疊與公差分析（TA）
5.跨部門協作並支援海外量產導入
6.其他主管交辦事項
1. Lead mechanical design from concept to mass production (NPI)
2. Drive product development to meet quality, timeline, and cost targets
3. Work with tooling teams/vendors on DFM, tooling, and trials
4. Perform waterproof design, stacking, and tolerance analysis (TA)
5. Collaborate cross-functionally and support overseas production
6. Perform other duties as assigned
