Overview:
This role is responsible for Rectifier Module (Bridge,Diodes,Thyristor) developing / management and advance technology developing and product road map identify. Strongly communication skills and self-motivation are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare training materials to introduce product features and portfolio.
• Promote new products and better solutions for customer project application.
• Be familiar with evaluation of products' cost, price, GPM and define pricing curve.
• Kick off new products and initiate NPBA documents and review with Product Engineer and manufactory team.
• Immediately respond and explain any confusions and problems that customers suffered such as electrical data
• Closely cooperate with RD and PE teams to define product strategies for FAE and Sales persons ( TW, China, Korea, Japan, EU, and American)
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 10%) for customer meetings, technical support, and industry events.
• Metrics and analytics, actively monitor business and market trends, daily bookings, billings + backlog vs budgets, customer specific behavior, growth customer activity, etc
Qualifications:
a. 2 years /equivalent of Marketing or FAE related field experience
b. Must possess experience in the electronics industry, sharp market insight, and the ability to independently solve problems.
c. Good conduct product competition analysis, evaluate and plan new products, and engage in strategic negotiations
d. Excellent technical knowledge with Power Electronics / Power Transistors
e. Must collect and analyze data from WW markets and perform industry competition analysis and market research.
f. Good plan product marketing strategies and provide sales tools (e.g., product catalogs, competitive comparisons, etc.).
g. Patient, meticulous, diligent, proactive, and passionate about work
h. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
