包含 技術方案經理 既有職責及以下進階範疇：
• 負責最高複雜度的服務領域：CRA端到端合規套件、多標準認證套件和跨事業部解決方案架構
• 主導服務組合審查流程：以支持數據向領導層呈現投資/維護/試驗/下線建議
• 擔任最複雜交易的定價和範圍最終技術權威
• 推動服務經濟學分析：服務成本建模、利潤優化和新舊服務線的定價策略
• 擔任TSM的同儕教練：共同交易審查、賦能材料品質審計、商業-技術平衡指導
• 與安全、EMC、無線和可靠性的對口技術領導者進行跨事業部解決方案設計
• 監測法規發展並將新興要求轉化為12至18個月的服務發展路線圖
• 代表解決方案架構功能參與領導層級策略規劃
• 遵守並執行 DEKRA 及Onward Security 行為準則，遵循所有實體與數位安全規範
• 執行主管交辦之其他事項

【Key Responsibilities】
All TSM responsibilities, plus the following elevated scope:
• Own the highest-complexity service domains: CRA end-to-end compliance packages, multi-standard certification bundles, and cross-divisional solution architectures
• Lead the service portfolio review process: present invest/maintain/pilot/retire recommendations to leadership with supporting data
• Serve as final technical authority on pricing and scope for the most complex deals
• Drive service economics analysis: cost-to-serve modeling, margin optimization, and pricing strategy for new and existing service lines
• Serve as peer coach to TSMs: joint deal reviews, quality audits of enablement materials, and mentoring on commercial-technical balance
• Lead cross-divisional solution design with counterpart technical leaders in Safety, EMC, Wireless, and Reliability
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate emerging requirements into 12–18 month service development roadmaps
• Represent the solution architecture function in leadership-level strategic planning
• Perform and follow the DEKRA and Onward Security Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Perform other duties as directed
