-Contributing to the success of Continental Engineering Corp. by acting as key legal contact and a business partner to provide professional and proactive legal support.
- Support corporate regulatory compliance matters (including without limitation training and all promotional measures)of all group companies.
-Support legal disputes (arbitration, mediation and litigation) of CEC business.
-Draft, structure and review contracts, documents and correspondences of CEC business.
-Research and provide posisible legal solutions for company legal issues to ensure business and legal objectives are met.
-Any other legal related issues assigned.

其他條件
1. Major in law; LLM or overseas law degree is a plus.
2. Must be admitted to the Taiwan Bar.
3. Sound legal expertise and practice experiences that can manage corporate legal matters and issues/litigation independently.
4. Solid legal research and analysis skill.
5. Proactive working altitude and good communication skills to work with legal, business and technical groups as a key team member.
6. 3+ years Working experience at in-house or law firm is preferred
