Position Impact:
我們正在尋找一位充滿動力的初階DevOps / 網站可靠性工程師 (Junior DevOps / SRE) 加入Gogoro的基礎設施團隊。在此職位中，您將專注於雲端基礎設施管理，學習並應用「基礎設施即代碼 (IaC)」原則，以支援 Kubernetes 部署、CI/CD 流水線及服務監控。您將與經驗豐富的工程師在協作環境中共同工作，獲得生產系統的實戰經驗，並為 Gogoro 永續城市移動的使命貢獻心力。

Responsibilities:
• 協助在AWS上管理與營運Kubernetes部署，並使用IaC工具(如Terraform、Helm)
• 協助開發與維護CI/CD流水線，以實現可靠且快速的服務部署
• 使用Grafana、Prometheus和CloudWatch監控生產環境服務；協助處理並呈報警示與突發事件
• 編寫並維護自動化腳本(Bash、Python)，以提升營運效率並減少重複性作業(Toil)
• 與開發(Dev)及測試(QA)團隊合作，協助在雲端環境中進行服務的測試、部署與除錯
• 參與突發事件應變，並協助進行根本原因分析(RCA)與文件撰寫
• 協助管理AWS雲端資源，包括成本監控、存取控制(IAM)及安全配置
• 維護並改進基礎設施文件、操作手冊(Runbooks)及標準作業程序
• 透過導師指導、教育訓練以及解決現實世界的基礎設施挑戰，保持持續學習

Requirements:
• 具備 1–3 年 DevOps、SRE、雲端工程或相關領域經驗(含實習)
• 具備「基礎設施即代碼」的基本概念；強烈建議具備 Terraform 實作經驗
• 對容器技術(Docker)及 Kubernetes 基本概念(Pods, Services, Deployments)有初步了解
• 雲端平台:熟悉至少一種主流雲端平台，以 AWS 為佳(如EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM 基礎)
• Linux 基礎:精通 Linux 基本操作，包括命令行(CLI)、檔案系統、程序管理及網路基礎知識
• 具備至少一種腳本語言能力:Bash或Python
• 對CI/CD概念及工具有基本認識 (如Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• 熟悉Git版本控制與協作開發流程

Position Impact:
We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join Gogoro’s infrastructure team. In this role, you will focus primarily on cloud infrastructure management, learning and applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to support Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and service monitoring. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with production systems while contributing to Gogoro’s mission of sustainable urban mobility.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and operating Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and rapid service deployment.
• Monitor production services using Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch; escalate and help troubleshoot alerts and incidents.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python) to improve operational efficiency and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to facilitate testing, deployment, and debugging of services in cloud environments.
• Participate in incident response and contribute to root cause analysis and documentation.
• Assist with cloud resource management including cost monitoring, access control, and security configurations on AWS.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, training, and hands-on problem-solving of real-world infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or a related field (internship experience counts).
• Foundational knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts; hands-on experience with Terraform is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, deployments).
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM basics).
• Proficiency in Linux fundamentals: command line, file systems, process management, networking basics.
• Experience with at least one scripting language: Bash or Python.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Self-movitivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills; ability to document processes and collaborate across teams.
