職缺描述
【職務定位】
品質管控工程師在 AI Server 產業中扮演確保製程穩定與產品品質的關鍵角色。
透過品質檢驗與製程改善，持續提升生產效率與產品品質，並逐步成為影響品質策略的重要工程師。
【工作內容】
• 深入瞭解 SMT、PTH、測試與組裝/包裝等製程，推動預防措施並持續提升製程品質
• 建立並維護巡線稽核作業流程，確保製程合規與產品一致性
• 當產線異常發生時，能即時處置並追蹤改善進度
【職涯發展】
• 建立專業的製程檢驗與品質分析能力，提升判定準確度與效率
• 熟悉 SMT、PTH、測試與組裝等製程，推動製程品質改善與預防措施
• 強化異常處置與改善追蹤能力，確保產線穩定運作
• 累積跨部門協作經驗，培養品質改善的整合能力
【Responsibilities】
• Gain in‑depth knowledge of SMT, PTH, testing, and assembly/packaging processes to drive preventive actions and continuous quality improvement.
• Establish and maintain in‑line audit procedures to ensure process compliance and product consistency.
• Respond promptly to production line abnormalities, implement corrective actions, and track improvement progress.
【Career Development】
• Build professional expertise in process inspection and quality analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Gain familiarity with SMT, PTH, testing, and assembly processes to drive quality improvement and preventive measures.
• Strengthen abnormality handling and corrective action tracking to ensure stable production operations.
• Accumulate cross‑functional collaboration experience to develop integrated capabilities for quality improvement.

This position is an expansion headcount to support business growth and requires flexibility for overseas travel (U.S. (San Jose or Houston) / Mexico).
