此職務主要負責新產品導入及既有產品的熱設計、熱模擬與熱驗證工作，透過熱流分析與測試確保產品性能符合設計需求，並協助解決產品開發過程中的熱相關問題。

工作內容
1. 熱模擬分析：執行系統層級熱模擬分析，評估產品熱流設計與散熱效能。
2. 熱驗證測試：執行熱測試與驗證，建置及操作相關測試設備，確認產品性能表現。
3. NPI 導入、DFM 設計優化及 BOM 維護管理：於 NPI 階段與研發、機構等跨部門團隊合作，提供熱設計解決方案。
4. 問題分析排除與風險管控：進行熱相關異常之失效分析（FA）與根因分析（Root Cause Analysis），降低產品設計風險並提升產品可靠度。


We are seeking a Thermal Engineer with a strong background in Heat Transfer to join our team!

The primary objective of this role is to support the company in the thermal design, simulation, and validation of NPI devices and existing projects, as well as to effectively manage thermal-related components.

Responsibilities
1. Thermal Simulation: Conduct the system-level simulation to address the product design and ensure adherence to customer specifications, including RFQ, ERS, and ETRD requirements.
Execute system-level thermal testing to verify product performance.
2. Thermal Validation: Set up and utilize testing equipment such as thermal chambers, thermocouples, IR thermometers, and data loggers.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the NPI phase. Provide thermal design concepts and work with mechanical engineer to fulfill DFM guidelines. Manage the thermal BOM through to Mass Production.
4. Maintenance Troubleshooting & Risk Mitigation: Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and root-cause investigations on thermal-related issues to proactively identify, address, and mitigate product design risks.
