Key Responsibilities:

1. Forum & Event Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for forums and courses, including copywriting, landing page planning, and creative asset production for ads and events.
Organize and support events such as course information sessions, webinars, live streams, and physical events to boost registration and drive brand awareness.
2. Digital Marketing, AI Integration & Analytics
Execute social media marketing, monitor and optimize ad campaign performance, and manage Email/CRM marketing to drive conversion rates.
Actively explore and integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., generative AI for copywriting, design assets, data synthesis) to streamline marketing workflows and increase operational efficiency.
3. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act in a Project Manager (PM) role, monitoring marketing project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
Work closely with internal teams—including the Research Center, News Center, Corporate Marketing, IT team—and 3rd-party partners to successfully implement marketing plans.
4. Product Marketing & Additional Tasks
Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and special promotional events.
Collaborate with research units to deliver project-based marketing initiatives and handle other assigned tasks from supervisors.
