職缺描述

基礎職責：
(1)負責操作 SMT設備，執行電子元件貼裝及相關生產作業，確保產品符合製程要求。
(2)定期檢查及維護 SMT相關設備與工具，確保設備穩定運行及生產品質。
(3)監控SMT生產流程及設備運作狀況，確保符合生產規範，並協助處理生產過程中的設備及製程異常。
(4)記錄生產數據及設備相關資訊，整理生產紀錄，並進行基本的數據分析與報告撰寫。
(5)與製程工程師、設備工程師及其他技術人員協同合作，解決生產及技術問題，持續提升 生產效率、設備穩定性及製程品質。
(1) Operate SMT equipment to perform electronic component placement and related production operations, ensuring that products meet process requirements.
(2) Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of SMT equipment and tools to ensure stable equipment operation and production quality.
(3) Monitor the SMT production process and equipment operating conditions, ensuring compliance with production specifications, and assist in handling equipment and process abnormalities during production.
(4) Record production data and equipment-related information, maintain production records, and perform basic data analysis and report preparation.
(5) Collaborate with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and other technical personnel to resolve production and technical issues and continuously improve production efficiency, equipment stability, and process quality.
