\站在 AI Server 核心產品線，從品質出發，成為影響產品成功與客戶信任的關鍵工程師/
產品品質工程師是 AI Server 產品成功導入與客戶信賴的關鍵角色，從新產品開發到量產品質，全程參與並驅動問題解決。你將結合工程思維、數據分析與跨部門及客戶協作，從品質實務中快速成長，逐步成為能影響產品設計與品質決策的核心工程人才，在高速成長的 AI 產業中打造具未來性的職涯起點。
【工作內容】
• 負責 AI Server 專案之產品品質管理及客戶稽核，與研發／工程團隊合作，支援 AI Server 新產品導入(NPI)階段的品質問題分析與解決。
• 主導 AI Server 專案相關的品質議題處理，推動 8D 改善流程，確保圍堵、矯正與預防措施有效落實。
• 驗證 AI Server 產品品質與效能，並定期提供品質狀態報告，與客戶進行品質報告與品質檢討會議。
• 直接對應客戶品質需求與品質異常溝通，包含問題說明、改善方案回覆與進度追蹤。

• 建立 AI Server 專案導向的產品品質管理與系統性問題分析能力。
• 從品質問題處理角色，成長為能影響產品設計與量產品質的關鍵品質工程師。
• 累積 AI Server 高階產品與客戶品質管理經驗。
• 長期可發展為資深產品品質工程師或品質專案負責人。
【Responsibilities】
• Own product quality management for AI Server projects, working closely with R&D and engineering teams to support quality issue analysis and resolution during the NPI phase.
• Lead quality issue handling for AI Server projects by driving 8D improvement activities to ensure effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Verify AI Server product quality and performance, and regularly provide quality status reports and conduct quality review meetings with customers.
• Act as the primary interface for customer quality requirements and issue communication, including issue clarification, corrective action responses, and progress tracking.

• Develop strong project-based product quality management and systematic problem-solving capabilities for AI Server programs.
• Grow from a quality issue resolution role into a key quality engineer influencing product design and mass production quality.
• Gain hands-on experience in high-end AI Server products and customer-facing quality management.
