在高速成長的 AI Server 產業中，品質系統工程師扮演關鍵角色，確保產品從設計到量產皆符合國際標準與未來趨勢。此職位不僅專注於 ISO 文件與品質流程的嚴謹管理，更強調數據驅動的決策、智慧化製程監控，以及跨部門協作推動創新。
【工作內容】
• 負責 ISO 文件管理與儀器校正相關事務，具備基本儀器分析資料解讀能力
• 建立並維護 ISO9001 及品質相關作業流程規範，確保符合產業需求
• 熟悉統計分析軟體，能進行品質數據分析與改善建議
• 精通 SPC 管理，推動製程穩定與持續改善

• 從品質流程執行者，成長為能影響設計與量產品質的關鍵工程師
• 累積 AI Server 高階產品品質系統與國際標準管理經驗
【Responsibilities】
• Responsible for ISO documentation management and instrument calibration, with basic ability to interpret instrument analysis data.
• Establish and maintain ISO9001 and quality-related process standards to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
• Proficient in statistical analysis software, capable of conducting quality data analysis and providing improvement recommendations.
• Skilled in SPC management to drive process stability and continuous improvement.

• Build project-oriented quality system management and problem analysis capabilities in AI Server projects.
• Grow from a quality process executor into a key engineer influencing product design and mass production quality.
• Accumulate experience in high-end AI Server product quality systems and international standards management.

This position is an expansion headcount to support business growth and requires flexibility for overseas travel (U.S. (San Jose or Houston) / Mexico).
【工作內容】
• 負責 ISO 文件管理與儀器校正相關事務，具備基本儀器分析資料解讀能力
