職缺描述
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for assigned product families using historical sales data, market intelligence, customer insights, and business trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Line Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to validate demand assumptions and forecast inputs.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand variability, and forecast bias; identify and implement improvement actions.
• Monitor customer backlog, bookings, shipments, and inventory trends to proactively identify demand risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to balance demand and supply requirements.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), product transitions, and end-of-life (EOL) planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and executive-level presentations on demand outlook, supply risks, and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting processes, planning systems, and reporting tools.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as Intermediate skills with Microsoft office package, particularly Excel.
• Preferably experience with Oracle ERP.
• AI (Copilot) Utilization to conduct data analysis.
• Intermediate English reading, speaking and writing skills
