職缺描述
Key Responsibilities：
• Lead month-end closing processes, including journal entry review and reconciliation
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Manage AR processes and strengthen collection efficiency
• Develop and implement customer credit policies and risk assessments
（管理應收帳款與客戶授信政策）
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and financial forecasts
（負責財報、稅報與財務預測之編製與審核）
• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations on treasury planning and fund utilization.
（掌控現金流狀況，並提出資金調度及運用建議）
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements
（推動流程優化與財務專案）
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment and execution
• Strengthen internal control processes and ensure regulatory compliance
（跨部門合作並強化內控制度）
• Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
（主管交辦事項）
Requirements：
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial analysis
（熟悉會計、稅務與財務分析）
• Good communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
（具良好溝通與解決問題能力）
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
(10年以上財會相關經驗，3年以上管理經驗)
• Oracle ERP experience and English proficiency are a plus
（熟Oracle ERP與英文能力佳）
• Experience with a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.
(具四大會計師事務所經驗尤佳)
