Responsible for handling product and process quality issues, managing customer complaints, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives, and supporting customer visits and audits to ensure products meet both customer and company quality requirements.

Job Description

(1)Lead process and product quality issue analysis, containment, and corrective actions.制程與產品的品質異常處理。
(2)Drive product yield improvement initiatives and track effectiveness.產品良率改善與推進。
(3)Lead and promote process quality improvement activities to reduce variation and risk.制程品質改善與推進。
(4)Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) quality control and review activities.NPI品質管控與審核。
(5)Lead the implementation of APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, and PMP.主導執行APQP/MSA/SPC/PFMEA/PMP。
(6)Handle customer complaints, including 8D reports and corrective action closure.客訴處理。
(7)Prepare, submit, and track quality reports required by customers.制作追蹤相關客戶要求的品質報告。
(8)Support and host customer visits, audits, and customer inspections as the quality focal point.應對客訪與客戶稽核/陪同客驗。
(9)Lead and authorize disposition of quality issues involving WIP and finished goods, including sorting, rework, and scrapping activities.主導所有品質異常涉及半成品/成品清倉&重工。
