負責進料檢驗、流程優化與異常處理，確保供應鏈穩定與產品品質一致。
此職位強調 細節管理、標準化推動、跨部門協作，是企業品質系統的重要基石。

【工作內容】
• 規劃、執行並管控進料檢驗流程，確保產出不受影響
• 建立與優化 IQC 作業流程、檢驗規範、表單及品質文件，推動檢驗作業標準化與一致性
• 評估檢具、治具與設備需求，並負責樣品與儀器設備維護
• 新產品首次入料時，依據 SPEC/檢驗標準定義 IQC 檢驗項目、方法與判定標準，並培訓檢驗員
• 執行來料檢驗作業（機構件、電子料、PCB/PCBA、Cable、散熱模組等）
• 整理並分析檢驗數據，支援品質改善
• 異常檢驗時進行初步判定、回報並追蹤進度

【Responsibilities】
• Plan, execute, and control incoming quality inspection processes to ensure production output is not affected.
• Establish and optimize IQC workflows, inspection standards, forms, and quality documents to drive standardization and consistency.
• Evaluate inspection tools, fixtures, and equipment requirements, and oversee sample and instrument maintenance.
• Define IQC inspection items, methods, and criteria for new product first‑time incoming materials, and train inspectors accordingly.
• Perform incoming inspections for mechanical parts, electronic components, PCB/PCBA, cables, thermal modules, and related materials.
• Compile and analyze inspection data to support quality improvement.
• Conduct preliminary judgment, reporting, and progress tracking in case of inspection abnormalities.
