1. 委外廠商評估與審查。
2. 配合國外總部完成年度委外廠商評核作業。
3. 彙整每月績效狀況。
4. 系統操作、管理與優化（英語介面）。
5. 編寫標準作業程序。
6. 執行系統更新與維護。
7. 集團內部服務協議管理。
8. 業務單位的第三方治理框架（TPGF）提案審查。

1. Outsourcing Self-assessment –QA, including global team communications.
2. Annual Report (including on site assessment) working with Global team to complete annual report assessment (table desk review or onsite) , review of questionnaires.
3. Routine Management on the Monthly Performance (consolidate input from 2 teams).
4. Application Inventory Management – BAU management as well as to support on improving the process.
5. A new process to create Appian entries for initiator input. – To prepare the SOP.
6. Access to Appian to perform Materiality Assessment Refresh for both HGSH / HGSU, review of questionnaires.
7. IGSA Management
8. TPGF proposal Review from Business
