職缺描述
【職位定位】
成為AI Server 產品順利量產與交付的關鍵角色，從物料控管出發，結合數據分析與跨部門協作，確保高價值關鍵零組件即時到位。您將從執行型物控，逐步成長為以數據驅動供應穩定性與庫存效率的專業人才，成長為用數據影響決策的關鍵人才。在快速成長的 AI 產業中累積具未來性的供應鏈核心能力。
【工作內容】
• 負責 AI Server 專案之物料控管與生產進度追蹤
• 依生產計畫與需求變化，管理物料到位狀況與交期
• 規劃與維護安全庫存策略，降低缺料與停線風險
• 分析庫存水位、週轉率，進行呆滯料與過量庫存管理(大數據分析)
• 與採購、製造及供應鏈單位協作，確保物料供應穩定
【職涯發展】
• 建立 AI Server 高價值關鍵物料(GPU / Memory / Power)的策略性物控與風險管理能力
• 從單純物料追蹤，進階發展為以數據驅動的供應穩定性與庫存效率管理者
• 深入掌握安全庫存模型、需求變動分析，支援高成長與高波動產品線
• 累積呆滯料預警與去化策略經驗，提升公司資金運用與營運效能
• 中期可成為 AI Server 專案或關鍵料件的物控核心窗口
• 長期可發展為資深物控／物料專案人才，或橫向延伸至供應鏈管理與營運規劃角色
【Responsibilities】
• Manage material control and production schedule tracking for AI Server projects.
• Monitor material availability and lead times based on production plans and demand changes.
• Define and maintain safety stock strategies to minimize material shortages and production line stoppages.
• Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and manage slow-moving and excess materials using data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure stable and reliable material supply.
【Career Development】
• Develop strategic material control and risk management capabilities for high-value AI Server components (GPU / Memory / Power).
• Progress from basic material tracking to a data-driven role focused on supply stability and inventory efficiency.
• Gain in-depth expertise in safety stock modeling and demand fluctuation analysis to support high-growth, high-volatility product lines.
• Build experience in slow-moving inventory early warning and disposition strategies to improve working capital and operational efficiency.
• Grow into a key material control focal point for AI Server projects or critical components.
• Long-term career paths include Senior Material Control Engineer, material project roles, or extended development into supply chain management and operations planning functions.

This position is an expansion headcount to support business growth and requires flexibility for overseas travel (U.S. (San Jose or Houston) / Mexico).
