About the Role
As an Account Sales, you will serve as the primary business contact for assigned customers, leading commercial activities throughout the product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive project success, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and managing commercial communications throughout the NPI and mass production phases.
2. Lead RFQ activities, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and support initial purchase order (PO) execution.
3. Partner with Product Line, PM, R&D, Factory, and Sourcing teams to drive NPI projects, production ramp-up, and product launch activities.
4. Manage product lifecycle activities, including Engineering Changes (EC), Forecast planning, Rework, and E&O management to ensure stable product supply.
5. Coordinate customer requests, RMA cases, factory transition projects, and other business initiatives to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Monitor project progress and business performance, proactively identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
