Position Impact:

This role is critical for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise infrastructure. You will manage a hybrid environment encompassing SAP systems, on-premises servers, and cloud deployments. This position bridges the gap between system administration and application performance, supporting vital business functions through robust backup, recovery, and auditing practices.


Responsibility:

1. SAP Basis & Database Administration
· Perform end-to-end SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and monitoring of SAP application and database servers (MSSQL/Oracle).
· Manage database operations, focusing on performance tuning, backup/restore procedures, and integrity checks.
· Execute system copies, upgrades, and support package applications (SP Stack).
2. Infrastructure & Network Management
· Administer on-premises servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware).
· Oversee network operations, including Firewall management, VPN, IP routing, and internetworking to ensure high availability.
· Support deployment and scaling processes across environments (AWS, SAP, Mobile platforms).
3. Operational Excellence & Support
· Provide 2nd-tier technical support for Helpdesk escalations and infrastructure incidents.
· Lead troubleshooting efforts and prepare detailed incident reports with root cause analysis (RCA).
· Manage vendor relationships and oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
