職缺描述
【工作內容】
•負責ICT測試設備與測試治具之維護、校正與異常排除，確保測試系統穩定運作
•進行ICT測試程式開發與優化，依產品需求進行調整與改版
•參與DFT（Design for Test）設計審查與改善，提升產品可測性與測試效率
•支援NPI階段飛針測試（Flying Probe Test）程式開發、調校與驗證
•執行測試異常分析（Failure Analysis）與問題追蹤，提出改善對策以提升良率
•執行產品應力測試（Stress Test），驗證產品可靠度與穩定性

【Responsibilities】
•Responsible for maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of ICT test equipment and fixtures to ensure stable test system operation
•Develop and optimize ICT test programs, and modify them according to product requirements
•Participate in DFT (Design for Test) reviews and improvement activities to enhance product testability and test efficiency
•Support NPI phase Flying Probe Test program development, tuning, and validation
•Perform failure analysis and issue tracking for test abnormalities, and propose corrective actions to improve yield
•Conduct product stress testing to validate product reliability and stability
