Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
Drive projects aimed at reducing material costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
Automation Integration
Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Performance Evaluation
Conduct detailed assessments of workforce performance, work hours, and efficiency.
Maintain and improve systems for ongoing performance tracking.
Fixture and Tooling Assessment
Evaluate the required quantities of jigs and fixtures to support production needs effectively.
Facility Layout Planning
Design and optimize facility layouts to improve workflow and space utilization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cross-national communication and collaboration.
Strong cross-functional teamwork and coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
Experience with automation technologies and system maintenance.
Preferred Skills:
Background in manufacturing or production environments.
Proficiency in process evaluation tools and software.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
